Trauma-informed care that helps you feel safe, steady, and more like yourself again.
Overview
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing a frightening, dangerous, or deeply distressing event. Symptoms may begin soon after the event or appear months or years later.
Our approach is trauma-informed: we move at a pace that feels safe, respect your choices, and focus on building stability and coping skills.
