Help for intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors so you can spend less time stuck and more time living.
Overview
Obsessive-compulsive disorder involves unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that are done to relieve distress. OCD can be time-consuming and exhausting, and many people feel embarrassed to talk about it.
OCD is a recognized, treatable condition. Medication and specialized therapy approaches can significantly reduce symptoms.
