Why work with me?

You don’t have to do this alone.

Choosing someone to support your mental and emotional well-being is a deeply personal decision. You deserve a provider who listens, who cares, and who sees you as a whole human being — not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

My work is grounded in compassion, partnership, and a genuine commitment to helping you feel safe, understood, and supported. Medication is only one part of the comprehensive care I provide.

Arise and Thrive is a place of healing, and I believe care should meet you exactly where you are. In our work together, we move at a pace that feels steady and grounded. We explore what you are experiencing, create meaningful goals, and make decisions together about therapy, medication, and lifestyle approaches that support your long-term well-being.

I would be honored to walk with you as you reconnect with yourself. You deserve respect, compassion, and genuine care.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, mood disorders, OCD, postpartum challenges, and infertility-related emotional stress. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, my intention is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Working with me means having someone in your corner — someone who honors your culture, your story, your strengths, and your hopes for the future.
